Animator

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Animator to bring characters and storylines to life. You will transform scripts and concepts into compelling visual frames and high-quality 2D/3D animations. Working closely with our directors, artists, and production team, you will ensure the final visual products meet our artistic standards and project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging 2D or 3D animations for characters, environments, and visual effects.
• Assist in brainstorming ideas, developing scripts, and creating storyboards and animatics.
• Bring characters to life by giving them believable body movements, expressions, and lip-syncing.
• Add textures, lighting, shading, and special effects to animations. Make necessary scene adjustments based on team feedback.
• Work in tandem with designers, writers, and sound producers to ensure seamless integration of animation and audio.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest animation techniques, software, and industry trends.
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional diploma in Animation, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field.
• Proven track record with 3-5 years of professional experience as an Animator.
• Proficiency in industry-standard animation software such as Maya, Blender, Adobe After Effects, or Toon Boom.
• Strong understanding of the core principles of animation (e.g., timing, weight, squash and stretch).
• A robust portfolio or demo reel showcasing high-quality digital design, character development, and a range of styles.
• Excellent storytelling abilities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Must have a strong back-up power supply and internet supply, and a working laptop.
