We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer who understands modern visual communication, social media content, branding, and advertising psychology. We are not looking for someone who only knows how to use basic templates.

Our US based digital marketing agency is looking for a creative and strategic Graphic Designer with strong experience in social media design, Meta Ads creatives, branding, promotional materials, and conversion focused visual content.

Application Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing your strongest design work
• Previous social media and advertisement designs
• Examples of Meta Ads and campaign creatives
• Brands and industries you have worked with
• Design software you use
• Branding or visual identity projects
• Examples of high performing designs
• Your professional graphic design experience

Technical Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong understanding of modern social media design
• Experience creating Meta Ads and campaign creatives
• Advanced understanding of typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy
• Strong understanding of advertising psychology and conversion focused design
• Experience designing Instagram posts, carousels, stories, Pinterest graphics, YouTube thumbnails, website banners, and email graphics
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Figma
• Ability to create original designs instead of relying only on templates
• Ability to design based on marketing strategy, target audience, and brand positioning
• Ability to follow brand guidelines, creative direction, and content plans
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with luxury, interior design, home improvement, medical, and modern lifestyle brands is a plus
• Basic motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus
• Experience designing catalogs, brochures, flyers, business cards, presentations, and other print materials

• Create Instagram posts, carousels, stories, Pinterest graphics, and YouTube thumbnails
• Develop campaign concepts and visual directions
• Create website banners, landing page graphics, email graphics, and promotional materials
• Adapt designs for different platforms and dimensions
• Maintain visual consistency across multiple brands
• Collaborate with content, video, advertising, and marketing teams
• Organize design files, brand assets, and revisions
• Deliver high quality work within deadlines
• Improve creative performance based on advertising results and analytics
• Stay updated with modern design trends and social media formats
