UI/UX Designer

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a UI/UX Designer at Ajencia. The UI/UX Designer will translate brand and communication strategies into intuitive digital experiences across web and mobile interfaces. Daily tasks include creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, refining visual design elements, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating closely with strategists, developers, and content teams to improve user journeys, optimize usability, and solve interaction design challenges. The designer will also participate in user research, iterate based on feedback and analytics, and support front-end implementation by providing clear specifications and assets.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Mockups and Prototyping skills for translating concepts into interactive screen flows.
• Candidates should possess Visual Design skills for crafting layouts, typography, color systems, and design components.
• Candidates should possess User Experience Design (UED) skills for structuring information, defining user journeys, and improving usability.
• Candidates should possess Front-End Development familiarity to collaborate effectively with developers and ensure design feasibility.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar) and basic understanding of responsive design principles.
• Experience creating design systems or component libraries and working with brand guidelines.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills for remote, cross-functional work.
• Relevant education or equivalent experience in UI/UX design, interaction design, visual communication, or a related field.
