Vakansiya haqqında
- Support the Head of IT Division in coordinating daily operations and supervising task execution;
- Ensure the reliable operation of information systems, servers, networks, telecommunications, and other IT infrastructure;
- Coordinate IT projects and monitor their progress, deadlines, and quality;
- Participate in the implementation, improvement, and integration of information systems;
- Prepare technical requirements, specifications, Terms of Reference (ToR), and other project documentation;
- Participate in procurement and tender processes as a technical expert and evaluate technical proposals;
- Coordinate contractors and monitor the technical quality and contractual compliance of their work;
- Oversee IT assets, software, licences, Help Desk operations, SLA performance, and IT service quality;
- Support the implementation of information security requirements and coordinate risk-mitigation measures;
- Prepare IT reports, presentations, analytical materials, and recommendations for management;
- Represent the IT Division in meetings, project groups, and working sessions;
- Coordinate the Division’s activities within the assigned authority in the absence of the Head of IT Division.

- We are looking for a professional with strong experience in IT infrastructure, information systems, project management, vendor coordination, IT service management, and information security.
- Previous experience in a large corporate environment will be considered an advantage.
