Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues;
Check and upgrade the system infrastructure;
Monitor the performance of servers, software, and hardware;
Ensure the smooth deployment of new application;
Plan, test, and implement upgrades for our information systems;
Integrate new software applications;
Manage devices on our network through Active Directory;
Manage user access;
Configure Servers hardware;
Ensure servers and firewalls are working correctly;
Develop and apply best practices;
Coordinate with vendors as needed;
Run performance reports;
Is responsible for the installation and configuration of new software and hardware, including the server network, devices, and firewalls;
Is responsible for monitoring system performance, IT system operations and storage utilization;
To plan for necessary hardware or software upgrades to support system growth;
Manages user accounts, and assigns and updates security permissions on the system according to security policy;
Administer and support core Microsoft, and VMware technologies;
Group Policy design and configuration;
Linux administration;
Installation, Optimization, and Maintenance of Servers: Ensure the installation, optimization, and stable operation of servers running Linux distributions (Red Hat, Oracle Linux, CentOS, Ubuntu);
Active Directory user and group administration.
