We are looking for an experienced team member to join Mirsis to be responsible for the management of our network and cybersecurity infrastructures in our Azerbaijan operations.

General Qualifications and Requirements (In Order of Priority)

• Minimum 5 years of operational experience in the field of network and cybersecurity,
• Experienced in DLP solutions (data classification, policy enforcement, endpoint/network DLP), (Forcepoint or Safetica)
• Expert experience in SIEM/SOC processes and alarm/incident management workflows, (Wazuh, Logsign, etc.)
• Security analysis knowledge at a level to interpret alarms coming from XDR systems,
• Competency in log analysis, traffic inspection, and troubleshooting,
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and L4–L7 network protocols,
• Operational knowledge and awareness of Load Balancer and WAF technologies (reverse proxy, SSL offload, health check, persistence, URL filtering, rate limiting, etc.)

Job Description

• Ensuring the continuous, secure, and performant operation of the responsible network and cybersecurity infrastructures,
• Closely monitoring log, alarm, and incident flows on security systems, performing necessary analysis and interventions,
• Managing data loss prevention (DLP) policies and ensuring they are operated and audited in accordance with company standards,
• Identifying bottlenecks or anomalies on network protocols and traffic, and producing operational solutions (troubleshooting).
