Process Engineering Technical Authority (TA)

Closely monitoring the technical level of the process engineering team, identifying gaps and supporting professional development. Ensure that the team has the right balance of experienced principal and senior engineers as well as junior engineers and graduatesFunctional owner of process engineering procedures and practices. Ensure that the process team works in full compliance to engineering procedures and processesLeads the process engineering scope across all phases of projects, including concept selection, feasibility, FEED, detailed design, commissioning, and startupClosely support front-end concept development and selection processManages and delivers key process engineering deliverables such as Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with project and client requirementsDirects the development of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and Line Lists (LL), ensuring integration across disciplines and adherence to oil & gas industry standards and specificationsAnalyzes process performance data from operational facilities to troubleshoot issues and optimize production, energy efficiency, and reliabilityContribute and support the process team with upstream facility design, brownfield modifications, pipelines and flow assurance activitiesClosely support process engineering training requirements and talent development Xüsusi tələblər Engineering Degree, preferably Master’s, in process engineeringSignificant prior experience in participation and closure of HAZOP, SIL, HAZID and QRA actions15 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry, including at least 3-5 years of experience of leading process engineering teamGood working knowledge of Upstream Engineering standards (API, SPE, etc.)Professional Membership or ChartershipBrownfield upstream experience mandatoryStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong collaboration mindset, able to work effectively in multidisciplinary teamsStructured documentation and reporting skillsDeadline: 03.08.2026Interested candidates are welcomed to send their resumes indicating in the subject “Process Engineering Technical Authority (TA)” to [email protected] Müraciət etmək üçün: [email protected]
