Job Responsibilities:

• Creation of new products and services and making changes to existing products and services;
• Providing technical support to ensure uninterrupted operation of products and services in production;
• Resolving requests and complaints;
• Conducting pre-production acceptance testing to ensure the quality of products and services;
• Identifying errors or deficiencies in existing services and products and developing appropriate solutions;
• Investigating system capabilities and conducting necessary tests related to the implementation of new services;
• Performing quality control and inspections before deploying software to production;
• Implementing new types of services and payment methods;
• Managing products and services in operation and preparing necessary documentation;
• Analyzing requirements related to products and services and proposing suitable solutions;
• Ensuring technical coordination for the execution of changes

Required Experience, Knowledge, and Technical Skills:

• Ability to work with Unix/Linux operating systems;
• Scripting skills (shell, Python);
• Experience working with Relational Databases (Oracle, MySQL, MsSQL, MariaDB) and SQL;
• Experience working with Ericsson Charging System;
• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry;
• Knowledge of XML and HTML is desirable
