Supervise offshore subsea operations, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently in line with company procedures and operational standardsLead and support offshore teams in the preparation, testing, operation, and maintenance of subsea equipmentVerify that all equipment is fit for purpose, compliant, and technically suitable for planned operationsCoordinate well-site support requirements to ensure uninterrupted operationsConduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and planning meetings to promote a strong safety cultureLiaise professionally with client representatives and participate in operational meetings as requiredEnsure all operational reports, company documentation, and client records are completed accurately and on timeProvide coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance to team members to support competency developmentSupport the completion of personal competency requirements and ongoing professional developmentAssist with onshore activities, including equipment preparation, mobilisation, demobilisation, and operational reporting when required Xüsusi tələblər Formal technical qualification in a relevant engineering or technical disciplineMinimum of 10 years' technical experience, preferably within the subsea industryProven hands-on experience with Electro-Hydraulic and/or Direct Hydraulic systems in an operational environmentPrevious experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership positioStrong understanding of offshore operational procedures and safety standardsExcellent communication and client-facing skillsDemonstrated ability to lead teams and support the development of others
