How can you support us? Here are below your responsibilities:

• Ensure the definition and implementation of the PQMS and the identification, preparation and distribution of needed Project Quality Plans and procedures in accordance with the Company Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure that the integrity of the Company QMS is maintained when changes are made to the system for the project.
• Ensure identification, assessment and mitigation of project quality risks and opportunities throughout project execution.
• Ensure that the correct implementation of the Project QMS is checked and monitored through the planning of quality audits.
• Ensure the correct implementation of planned quality audits, taking into account all project processes, including the issuance of relevant audit reports and follow-up of corrective actions.
• Ensure, within the project organization, the identification, communication and implementation of applicable contractual quality requirements.
• Conduct external audits and qualification assessments of Vendors and Subcontractors.
• Establish and implement risk-based supplier and subcontractor quality surveillance programs.
• Monitor Vendor and Subcontractor quality performance and promote improvement initiatives where required.
• Plan and allocate Quality resources to the various areas of the project, managing them in liaison with involved Quality functions.
• Support the Project Manager in relations with the Client, Certification Bodies and Authorities responsible for quality matters.
• Participate in Project Management meetings to ensure coordination between Quality activities and Project Management activities.
• Ensure the preparation and issuance of QC specifications, Quality Control Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and procedures, coordinating and agreeing the requirements with Technical Departments and Client.
• Ensure the issuance of quality requirements to be incorporated into contractual documents with Vendors, Subcontractors and organizations in charge of works.
• Ensure the Site QC activities implementation, including the monitoring and maintenance of Quality Management tools and reporting systems.
• Ensure effective management of nonconformities, concessions and quality issues.
• Lead or oversee investigations, root cause analyses and corrective/preventive action processes.
• Verify the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
• Promote appropriate actions in order to prevent or eliminate actual and potential nonconformities and their causes.
• Ensure the management and monitoring of the Cost of Non-Quality (CoNQ) process.
• Ensure knowledge and awareness of Quality requirements within the Project Team, including the delivery of Quality training and awareness programs.
• Collect and analyse Project Quality data and KPIs to monitor performance, identify trends and organize and lead Project Quality Management Reviews.
• Ensure implementation and monitoring of Customer Satisfaction processes.
• Ensure the management of Lessons Learned processes and promote the sharing of best practices across the project.
• Ensure quality aspects are considered and addressed during Management of Change (MOC) activities where applicable.
• Report Project information and data to Functional Quality Management by means of Company methodologies and tools and keep Project Quality reporting tools updated.
• Fully adhere, at all times and irrespective of the workplace, to Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Superior.

What are we looking for?

• Knowledge of Project Quality Management Systems (PQMS) and Quality Control (QC) processes.
• Experienced in the Oil & Gas Industry related to Quality activities (minimum 5 years’ experience)
• Ability to plan, implement, and monitor project quality activities.
• Capability to analyze and report quality performance, KPIs, risks, and trends.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Knowledge of quality assurance principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and risk-based thinking.
• Ability to promote a quality-focused culture across project teams.
