Develop and implement QMS system with all applicable standards and policies linked to the QM systemManage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirements.Ensuring that effective quality procedures, method statements, and inspection & test plans are produced, maintained and implemented on siteResponsible for the compilation of the Quality Control Inspection Procedures pertinent to the project as established by the contract drawings and specifications, client requirement and the Company Quality Control Policies and procedures.Responsible for and approve the Final Acceptance Inspection reports.Set and monitor annual quality plans and objectivesFacilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality dataKeep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentationImplement and maintain International standards required by companyDevelop NCR register tool and track nonconformance and ensure that company meet yearly targets related to number of NCsDevelop yearly internal audit program and ensure that audits timely executed and they are compliant with corporate policies and proceduresLead organizing and hosting external audits, providing support to teams in preparing for external assessments.Understand quality performance through timely performed gap analysis and identifying areas for improvement by providing related planEstablishing service standards for end users (i.e., internal department or external customer).Our company is currently looking for a “QMS Specialist” to work under the following conditions:Work Location: Baku, Azerbaijan Type of Assignment: ContractContract Duration: PermanentWork Schedule: 5 days a week based on 8 hours per dayStart Date: ASAPSalary: 2000-2300 azn Xüsusi tələblər High Technical Education (BS, MS Degree)Minimum 3-5 years QMS experience Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.Experience and working knowledge of ISO, API, ATEX, IEC, ATEXComputer literacy/ MS OfficeAdvanced ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and writtenAbility to develop and manage non-conformance, deficiencies, and reporting programs, including root cause analysis.Must have the ability to work within strict deadlines and under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.Proficiency in written and spoken Azerbaijan and English Müraciət etmək üçün: [email protected]
