Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Part-Time Logistics Operations Specialist to support our logistics operations and coordinate shipments from booking to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate international shipments with clients, suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners.
• Follow up on shipment bookings, loading, transit, arrival, and delivery processes.
• Prepare and check shipping and logistics documentation.
• Communicate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and overseas partners.
• Track shipments and provide regular status updates.
• Handle operational issues, delays, and schedule changes.
• Collect freight quotations and compare available logistics options.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems.
• Coordinate with the sales and finance teams regarding shipment-related matters.
• Ensure that all operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of international logistics and transportation processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good English language skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Availability for part-time work and occasional urgent operational matters.
