Role description:

Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance or in a related field is required;
Professional qualifications such as ACCA FA (F3), MA (F2) and FR (F7);
More than 2 years of experience in the related field;
Advanced reading and writing skills in English;
Advanced knowledge of MS office programs (especially Excel);
Analytical thinking;
Experience in real estate industry is an advantage;
A good knowledge of IFRS 15, 16 and IAS40 is an advantage;
1C knowledge is an advantage.
Tələblər
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements;
Preparing weekly and monthly corporate reports ("Management Report");
Performing month-end and year-end close processes;
Proposing and implementing new ideas for improvement of the reporting process;
Participating in the development of software for the activity directions and automation of the relevant processes;
Analyzing of financial statements and ratios;
Providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs, increase efficiency and improve financial performance;
Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
