We are hiring a Lead Accountant to oversee the full financial cycle and regulatory reporting in accordance with Azerbaijani legislation. The position manages core fiscal operations, multi-currency transactions, and specialized aviation costs like aircraft maintenance. Additionally, it requires strong leadership to coordinate accounting staff, support audits, and drive process automation. Xüsusi tələblər Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position.Strong knowledge of accounting, tax, and labor legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.Proficiency in 1C Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel.Knowledge of IFRS is considered an advantage.PMS certification is required.ACCA (completed or partially completed), CAP/CIPA, DipIFR, or other professional accounting and finance qualifications will be considered an advantage.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
