Role: Corporate Finance Specialist
Reporting to: Head of Finance and Economics

Business Need / Purpose of Role:
- The Corporate Finance Specialist participates in execution of financial deals and its further administration, responsible for performing procedures of financial risk management and debt compliance across the Company aimed to comply with all financial and other obligations under contractual obligations and corporate risk policies.
- The role includes execution of procedures related to corporate finance, controlling as well as complying with and fulfilling respective corporate policies related to financial debt management, risk management, insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Including but not limited to:
- Preparation of comparative analysis of commercial offers and evaluation of economic feasibility of financial deals (including debt finance/refinance/insurance/hedging etc.);
- Preparation and participation in negotiation of the Term Sheets and financial documentation of the financial deals;
- Providing KYC information to financial institutions;
- Execution of financial deals, fulfillment of conditions precedent and conditions subsequent;
- Execution of debt administration procedures and fulfillment of other contractual obligations;
- Execution of debt drawdowns and debt services operations;
- Execution of bank lines for documentary instruments (LCs, guarantees, etc.);
- Execution of procedures of corporate policies in financial risk management and raising debt
- Providing information to credit institutions, rating agencies, insurance companies, export agencies and brokers;
- Participation in negotiating with vendors and optimize contracts to achieve favorable terms;
- Providing information to professional consultants and advisors as per existing and prospective engagements of the Company
Job Knowledge/ Education/ Qualifications & Skills
Education and/or Experience:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; professional qualification/in progress (CFA, FRM);
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in companies with international/global presence;
- Strong expertise in corporate finance, treasury, risk management;
- Knowledge of debt documentation under LMA, IFRS;
- Excellent command of English and proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS office
Language Skills: English, at least upper-intermediate, Azerbaijani or Russian is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
