Requirements:

Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; or equivalent training. Computer literate (essential)
1 to 2 years work experience, preferably in hospitality field
Candidate must have an intermediate level of English
High level of discretion and strong analytical skills
Experience with payment or billing processes preferred
Knowledge of MS Office (essential)
High level of ownership, accountability
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Seeking long-term career with Hyatt

Job Duties:

To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Finance Department.

Keeping accurate records of invoices for paying purchased goods, correct allocation of expenses and payment of all expenses in accordance with hotel policies and procedures and local legislation.
To keep regular and updated records of all Vendors
Reconciliations with Vendors
Performing all duties determined by Accounting Manager or Accountant determined for specific area of work.
