About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Risk Manager to join our team and support the development and implementation of an effective Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and operational risk framework.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting risks across the business, working closely with local management and coordinating with the Group Risk function.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance the company’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and operational risk framework.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and report key business and operational risks.
• Maintain and regularly update risk registers, ensuring risks are appropriately assessed, documented, and monitored.
• Coordinate and conduct Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) across relevant business functions.
• Define, monitor, and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and risk appetite metrics.
• Identify, record, investigate, and monitor operational risk incidents, ensuring appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Prepare regular risk reports, dashboards, and analysis for local management and Group Risk.
• Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation plans and ensure follow-up on outstanding actions.
• Work closely with local management and business functions to strengthen risk awareness and ensure effective risk controls.
• Support internal audits, regulatory reviews, and other risk-related assessments when required.
• Collaborate with the Group Risk team on risk reporting, frameworks, methodologies, and initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional experience in Risk Management, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong practical experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and operational risk management.
• Hands-on experience with: RCSA and KRIs
• Ability to work closely with local management and communicate risk matters clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Experience reporting to or collaborating with a Group Risk function.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated financial environment.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certification in Risk Management, Operational Risk, or Compliance is an advantage.
• Knowledge of regulatory risk and financial services regulations is considered a plus, but is not mandatory.
• Previous experience in a regulated financial institution is preferred.
