- Coordinate communication and interaction processes between PFH, its OpCos, and government institutions and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure effective information flow and alignment across PFH, OpCos, and relevant stakeholders on governmental and regulatory matters.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments that may impact PFH and its OpCos.
- Coordinate the assessment of regulatory changes and their business implications with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure timely communication and implementation of required actions across OpCos.
- Translate legal and regulatory developments into practical business processes and operational actions.
- Identify opportunities for proactive engagement, advocacy, and lobbying initiatives.
- Coordinate collaboration with industry associations, chambers, and other relevant external organizations.
- Support the development and maintenance of strategic relationships with government institutions and industry stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment of regulatory priorities and common interests across PFH entities.
- Coordinate internal responses to regulatory and legislative changes and support implementation activities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Project Management, Law, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Government Relations, Public Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Stakeholder Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with or coordinating processes involving government institutions, ministries, or regulatory agencies.
- Strong understanding of the financial services sector, including banking, insurance, or other financial institutions.
- Knowledge of regulatory and legislative processes affecting regulated industries.
- Ability to understand legal and regulatory matters and translate them into actionable business solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent coordination and project management capabilities across multiple entities and functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess regulatory impacts and coordinate structured responses.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; Russian is an advantage
