Key Responsibilities

  • Manage content in the CMS, including promo, SEO, loyalty/tournament pages, landing pages, and blog content.
  • Maintain content calendars for promotions, sporting events, tournaments, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Create and coordinate tasks for writers and the Design team.
  • Manage the production flow from brief and approval through to publication.
  • Proofread and review multilingual content and localized versions.
  • Perform content QA across desktop and mobile: copy, CTAs, links, visuals, and UI blocks.
  • Coordinate with CRM, SEO, Design, Product, Support, and Compliance teams.
  • Review SEO content, including headings, metadata, links, FAQs, tables, and page structure.
  • Manage and maintain regular blog publishing.
  • Analyze promo content performance using CTR, engagement, and interaction metrics.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Content Manager, CMS Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in iGaming / betting.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, promotional pages, blogs, and SEO content.
  • Experience coordinating with Writers, Design, SEO, CRM, or Product teams.
  • Strong proofreading and content QA skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with multilingual content and localization is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and Figma is a plus.
  • Good command of Azerbaijani, English and Russian (written and spoken).
  • Strong ownership, independence, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
