SEO Content Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented SEO Content Manager to oversee and scale our AI-powered content production processes across iGaming, affiliate marketing, and regulated industries.

This is not a traditional writing role. Instead, you will be responsible for managing content workflows, AI content generation processes, quality control, SEO implementation, publishing coordination, and team collaboration to ensure high-quality content is produced efficiently at scale.

Key responsibilities:

Content Operations & Workflow Management

• Manage end-to-end content production workflows from planning to publication.
• Coordinate content creation across AI tools, editors, SEO specialists, and publishing teams.
• Build, optimize, and maintain scalable AI-assisted content processes.
• Monitor production pipelines, deadlines, and publishing schedules to ensure consistent content output.

AI Content Systems

• Manage AI-powered content generation workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar platforms.
• Create and refine prompts, SOPs, templates, and quality assurance processes.
• Continuously improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability through automation and AI-assisted workflows.
• Evaluate and implement new AI tools that can improve content production.

SEO & Content Strategy

• Work closely with SEO specialists to execute content strategies that support organic growth.
• Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify content opportunities.
• Ensure content aligns with search intent and follows on-page SEO best practices.
• Maintain content calendars and prioritize content initiatives based on business goals.

Quality Assurance

• Review AI-generated and human-edited content for accuracy, compliance, structure, and SEO requirements.
• Ensure content meets brand standards and editorial guidelines.
• Maintain high standards for factual accuracy, readability, and regulatory compliance.

Performance & Oprimization

• Monitor content performance using analytics and reporting tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Coordinate content updates, refreshes, and optimization initiatives based on performance data.
• Conduct content audits and identify gaps within existing content portfolios.

Cross-functional collaboration

• Work closely with SEO, marketing, design, and development teams.
• Support campaign execution by ensuring content assets are delivered on time.
• Contribute ideas for content strategy, workflow improvements, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Content Management, SEO Content Operations, Content Strategy, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing AI content generation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Gemini, or similar.
• Experience working in iGaming, affiliate marketing, lead generation, or other regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, search intent, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Experience managing content production workflows at scale.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret content performance data.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control processes.

Preffered Qualifications:

• Experience with WordPress, Django-based CMS platforms, or similar publishing systems.
• Familiarity with AI image generation tools such as Ideogram, Midjourney, or DALL·E.
• Experience using Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
• Understanding of sweepstakes casino, sportsbook, or US gaming compliance requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and workflow management systems.
• Experience managing remote content teams, freelancers, or agencies.
