Role Description The Digital Justice role is a full-time, on-site position based in Baku. The person in this role will support the organization’s justice-related initiatives through digital channels, including planning and executing digital campaigns to raise awareness of legal rights and equality. Daily tasks include developing and implementing digital strategies, creating and managing online content, monitoring engagement across social media and web platforms, and analyzing data to improve the reach and impact of digital justice projects. The role also involves coordinating with project teams, participating in planning sessions, and ensuring that digital activities align with overall program objectives. The position requires close collaboration with volunteers and staff to communicate project goals, share success stories, and engage the public in justice-focused activities.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret digital metrics, assess project impact, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear, inclusive, and engaging messaging across digital and in-person channels.
• Candidates should possess Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing skills to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that promote justice and legal equality.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and oversee digital justice initiatives from concept to completion.
• Relevant additional qualifications include familiarity with social media platforms, basic content creation skills, interest in legal rights and social justice, and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in law, social sciences, communications, public policy, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and proficiency in English or other languages is an advantage.
