Affiliate growth üzrə təcrübəçi

Komissio is an affiliate management platform, live and approved on both the Shopify App Store and the Stripe Marketplace. We're building out our growth team in Baku and looking for someone who wants to learn affiliate marketing from the operational side.

What you'll do

• Research and find affiliates for our merchants: creators, bloggers, and newsletter owners in specific niches
• Write personalized outreach in English and follow up consistently
• Keep the prospect pipeline clean and organized
• Report on what's working so we can do more of it

This is operational work. It rewards persistence over creativity. If sending message 51 with the same care as message 1 sounds like you, we'll get along.

What we're looking for

• Written English you'd be comfortable sending without our edits
• Self-direction: this role comes with guidance, not constant supervision
• Any proof you've done hard, unglamorous work before: sales, freelancing, or running your own small project
• Comfort with simple tools (Google Sheets, LinkedIn, basic research)

We don't care about your degree, your major, or whether you've worked in marketing.

Details

• Full time, hybrid: 3 days in our Baku office, 2 days remote
• There's a short practical task (about 2 hours) before the interview. It tells us more than any CV.
