Role Overview
Highly experienced offshore supervisor specializing in subsea and completion operations on technically challenging wells. Ensures safe execution, operational excellence, and seamless coordination across contractors, rig teams, and company representatives. Plays a key role in reducing NPT, improving well performance, and maintaining high HSE standards in complex offshore environments.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise subsea & completion operations: WBCO, Landing String, Coiled Tubing, Slickline, Well Testing, ROV, Tubing Hanger, XT installation, Open Water (EDP/LRP).
• Coordinate daily activities with contractors, logistics teams, and the Drilling & Completion Superintendent.
• Conduct operational preparation: REX, DWIP, QA/QC, risk assessments, and sequence optimization.
• Uphold HSE excellence through active participation in committees, incident investigations, and risk analysis.
• Provide accurate operational reporting and immediate escalation of issues.
• Capture and share Lessons Learned to support continuous improvement across the organization.
