HVAC Technician (Offshore)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, installation, and replacement of HVAC systems onboard the vessel
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation
• Read and interpret HVAC layouts, drawings, and electrical diagrams
• Maintain fire dampers, duct systems, and associated control equipment
• Execute hot and cold work activities, including brazing and welding when required
• Support Engine Room operations when necessary
• Participate in Toolbox Talks (TBTs), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and HSE activities
• Ensure compliance with company HSEQ standards and offshore safety requirements

Requirements

• Technical education in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role onboard construction vessels within the Oil & Gas industry
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for HVAC systems
• Knowledge of HVAC electrical diagrams and fire damper systems
• Experience with welding, brazing, and safe handling of compressed and flammable gases
• Ability to read HVAC drawings and technical documentation
• Good English and fluent Azerbaijani language skills
