Fabrication Engineer (Large-scale offshore/onshore steel structures fabrication & assemblies)

Supervise fabrication, assembly and installation activities at fabrication workshops and yardsOversee installation processes including jackets, topsides, pipelines and related worksEnsure coordination between fabrication, assembly, installation, erection and preparatory activitiesCoordinate subcontractors involved in assembly and installation worksEnsure compliance with safety procedures and quality standardsIdentify and implement efficient technical solutionsProvide quantitative data for report preparationSupervise fabrication of steel structures, structural supports, piping systems and pipelines in accordance with project specificationsMonitor on-site and off-site fabrication activities through the main contractorPrepare assurance reports on project progress, safety, quality and costProvide technical input for documentation, including risks, lessons learned and constructabilityCoordinate with the construction team and third-party manufacturers regarding safety, progress, schedule, quality and costPromote project HSE objectivesParticipate in the risk management processAttend task risk assessment meetingsLead the fabrication inspection team covering steel structure and piping fabrication, HSE, quality, schedule and costEnsure fabrication activities are completed within approved schedules and budgetsDevelop and maintain the Lessons Learned Register and Issue LogCoordinate painting, sandblasting, coating and passive fire protection activitiesPrepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reportsPerform other assigned duties Xüsusi tələblər Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical field (preferably in Engineering & Construction)Minimum 5 years of experience in fabrication, construction, inspection and commissioning within the oil and gas industryExperience in the same position on at least 5 projectsExperience with offshore platform jackets, gas processing plants, gas gathering projects and pipelinesKnowledge of fabrication and construction contracts, contractor inspection procedures and construction sequencingKnowledge of ASME, DOT, API, OSHA and AWS codes and standardsProficiency in MS Project for project planningKnowledge of BS, EN and OSHA safety legislationAwareness of behavior-based field safety programsTheoretical and practical knowledge of fabrication engineering disciplines, especially steel structures and pipelinesKnowledge of ASME B31.3, ASME B31.8, BS and EN standardsExcellent knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, PowerPoint, MS Project and Tekla StructuresKnowledge of PDMS, SAP and SACS is an advantageKnowledge of the oil and gas industry, construction industry and applicable international and local regulations and standardsExperience in fabrication of Jackets and TopsidesExperience in offshore installation of Jackets and TopsidesStrong managerial, negotiation, problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work with multinational teamsFlexible and willing to perform additional duties and work irregular hoursBOSIET and Offshore Medical Certificate (OMC-OGUK)Fluency in English and Azerbaijani Application deadline: 21/07/2026 Müraciət etmək üçün: [email protected]
