QA/QC Inspector

Conduct Vendor QC inspections, site audits and site visits both onshore and offshore (if required);Check and approve equipment and fabrication packs / data dossiers;Assist and support QA in the QC Inspections (i.e. SIR’s, defects register, punch list sign-off etc.);Monitor and measure vendor quality performance, conduct analysis and report trends;Attend inspections as per the approved ITP, dependent on intervention points, and prepare inspection reports;Compile and issue QA/QC reports;Liaise with Procurement and Materials Department to ascertain inspection schedules;Assist with the development, management and continues improvement of the QC system in alignment with management system;Attend and contribute to quality meetings;Ensure professional development is maintained and identified competency requirements are completed in a timely manner;Demonstrate and promote PD&MS values and lead by example. Xüsusi tələblər Previous experience in a similar role;CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector or equivalent (IWE, ASNT L2, API650) (mandatory);Demonstrable experience in developing and maintaining environmental, quality assurance and quality control systems;Good understanding of Codes and standards requirements, typically ASME, AWS, BS EN;Demonstrable exposure to and understanding of NDT techniques and processes;Good understanding of the company-held certification standards (e.g., ISO);Demonstrable experience indelivering safe operations in the work environment;Understanding of purchase order requirements;Demonstrable experience in conducting Audits as a technical expert;Competent in the use of MS Office applications;MIST; Good written and spoken English (strong pre-intermediate level or higher).
