Role Description

As a Leading Architect, you will be responsible for spearheading design projects from conceptualization to completion. You should possess an advanced understanding of architecture, design, and engineering principles to oversee the planning, designing, and construction of buildings, as well as the development of interior and exterior spaces. This is a full-time on-site role located in Baku.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
Proven experience in leading architecture and design projects
Expertise in relevant software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other related programs
Demonstrated knowledge of building codes, regulations, and procedures
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present design concepts to management, clients, and stakeholders
