We are looking for Junior and Senior Architects to join our architectural design team in Baku, Azerbaijan, with experience in Oil & Gas, Industrial, Residential, or High-Rise Building Projects.

Key Responsibilities

Senior Architect

Lead and coordinate architectural design activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and review architectural drawings, layouts, details, specifications, and design deliverables.
Coordinate architectural works with structural, MEP, civil, and other engineering disciplines.
Review design compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, and standards.
Manage architectural interfaces and resolve design coordination issues.
Participate in client/consultant meetings and technical discussions.
Review and coordinate BIM models and ensure consistency of architectural deliverables.
Support project planning, technical reporting, and progress monitoring.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Junior Architect

Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, layouts, details, and design documentation.
Support senior architects in the development and coordination of project deliverables.
Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP disciplines.
Assist with BIM/Revit modelling and preparation of architectural documentation.
Review drawings for consistency and compliance with project requirements.
Support preparation of design presentations, schedules, and technical documents.

Qualifications & Experience

Senior Architect

Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
7+ years of relevant architectural experience.
Proven experience in Oil & Gas / Industrial Facilities and/or Residential / High-Rise Building Projects.
Strong experience in multidisciplinary design coordination.
Experience with RIBA Stages 3–4 and detailed design documentation is preferred.
Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and construction requirements.
Experience with Revit, AutoCAD and relevant BIM tools.
Good understanding of international design standards and codes.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Experience working with international clients/consultants is an advantage.

Junior Architect

Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
2–5 years of relevant architectural experience.
Experience in Oil & Gas / Industrial and/or Residential / High-Rise projects is preferred.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
Basic understanding of architectural detailing and multidisciplinary coordination.
Ability to prepare clear and accurate architectural drawings.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and international project environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with one or more of the following will be considered an advantage:

Oil & Gas / Industrial Facilities
Residential and High-Rise Buildings
Hotels and Mixed-Use Developments
Large-scale commercial projects
BIM-based design and coordination
RIBA work stages and deliverable requirements
Local and international building codes
