Vakansiya haqqında
- Support the development and implementation of the Maintenance Readiness Strategy, Plan and Schedule in alignment with the overall project execution plan.
- Ensure maintenance, reliability, asset integrity, maintainability and lifecycle requirements are incorporated into facility design and project execution.
- Develop and implement maintenance philosophies, strategies, procedures and preventive/predictive maintenance programs for the new facility.
- Support equipment criticality assessment and identification of critical equipment and Safety Critical Elements (SCEs).
- Ensure the CMMS/SAP system, asset registers, equipment master data, maintenance plans and technical documentation are complete and ready prior to start-up.
- Support the readiness of Maintenance personnel, competencies, training, tools, spare parts, materials and resources required for safe and effective operations.
- Coordinate Maintenance interfaces with Project, Engineering, Operations, Asset Integrity, HSE, Supply Chain and vendors/OEMs throughout project execution and commissioning.
- Monitor Maintenance Readiness through readiness checklists, risk registers, action plans and readiness gates, ensuring critical punch-list items are resolved before start-up.
- Support commissioning, start-up, first hydrocarbon and the controlled handover of maintenance responsibilities from Project to Operations/Maintenance.
- Support the establishment of maintenance and reliability KPIs, performance monitoring, knowledge transfer and continuous improvement initiatives.
Xüsusi tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Industrial, Reliability Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, including maintenance, reliability or asset integrity.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting project delivery, commissioning, start-up or operational readiness.
- Experience with offshore production facilities, pipelines, gas treatment plants, storage facilities and/or export terminals.
- Strong knowledge of Maintenance Management, Reliability Engineering and Asset Integrity Management.
- Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP PM, Maximo or Oracle eAM.
- Knowledge of RCM, FMEA, RCFA, Condition Monitoring and Risk-Based Inspection (API 580/581).
- Knowledge of ISO 55001, Pipeline Integrity, Corrosion Management, SCE Management and Preservation.
- Experience in Mechanical Completion, Commissioning, Start-up and Project-to-Operations Handover.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office software.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English.
