Role Description The Leasing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Baku City. This role is responsible for overseeing leasing activities across assigned properties, including managing lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations. The Leasing Manager will conduct market research to optimize pricing and occupancy, coordinate lease administration, and collaborate with property management teams to support operational efficiency. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate lease records, monitoring resident retention strategies, responding to tenant inquiries, and ensuring that leasing processes follow company policies and legal requirements. The Leasing Manager will also participate in marketing initiatives, property tours, and reporting to management on leasing performance and occupancy trends.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage leases and lease administration, including negotiations, documentation, and compliance.
• Experience in property management, with a focus on operational coordination and collaboration with on-site teams.
• Skills in resident retention, including relationship-building, conflict resolution, and service-oriented communication.
• Competence in market research to support pricing strategies, occupancy goals, and competitive positioning.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Baku City and engage with residents, tenants, and partners in person.
• Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or hospitality management is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Management, or a related field is an advantage.
