Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Baku City for an IELTS/TOEFL/SAT Verbal Instructor. The role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons to prepare students for standardized verbal exams. The instructor will develop teaching materials, assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and assist learners in achieving their test score objectives. Additionally, they will be expected to foster a supportive and motivating learning environment.

Qualifications

Expertise in teaching IELTS, TOEFL, or SAT verbal sections, including skills in critical reading, vocabulary, and writing.
Strong command of English grammar, academic writing, and verbal communication.
Experience in lesson planning, personalized instruction, and addressing varied student learning styles.
Ability to assess and adapt teaching strategies to accommodate students’ individual needs and performance levels.
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is required; advanced degrees or teaching certifications (e.g., TESOL, CELTA) are a plus.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
Previous experience teaching exam preparation courses is preferred.
