The Role

We are looking for a full-time English Teacher to lead our IELTS and General English classes. You will own your classroom: planning lessons, tracking student progress, and driving the kind of outcomes that build our reputation. This is a seat for someone who takes pride in their craft and wants room to grow with the academy.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality General English and IELTS lessons using our structured curriculum and digital materials.
Prepare students for all four IELTS components (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) to a measurable standard.
Track each student's progress and adjust teaching to keep results on target.
Maintain the engagement and retention our students expect.
Contribute ideas to improve our programs as the academy grows.

Requirements

Some IELTS teaching experience — you know the exam, the scoring, and the strategies that move a band score. (If not, training will be provided)
Strong classroom-management skills.
Reliability, professionalism, and a results-driven mindset.
