Head of Performing Arts

Qualifications

• Strong background in Education and Drama, with experience teaching performing arts in a school or similar educational setting.
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development for performing arts, including planning, sequencing, and assessment of learning outcomes.
• Skills in Art Direction and Art as they relate to staging, visual design, and creative concepts for performances and productions.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a department, including mentoring staff, coordinating schedules, and overseeing resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts, Drama, Music, Education, or a related field; a master’s degree or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Experience working in international or bilingual school environments is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with a commitment to inclusive, student-centered practice.
• Fluency in English required;
