Role Description This contract, on-site AutoCAD Teacher role is based in Baku City and focuses on delivering high-quality instruction in computer-aided design. The AutoCAD Teacher will plan and conduct classroom sessions, workshops, and practical exercises to help learners build strong CAD skills for real-world applications. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, developing teaching materials, demonstrating AutoCAD tools and workflows, and guiding students through design projects. The role also involves assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, and updating course content to reflect current industry standards and best practices. The teacher will collaborate with the academy’s staff to ensure a positive learning experience and effective course outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong teaching, training, and classroom facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex CAD concepts clearly and patiently.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), particularly AutoCAD, with hands-on experience in creating and modifying technical drawings.
• Experience in curriculum development, including designing course outlines, lesson plans, and practical assignments aligned with learning objectives.
• Background or familiarity with Interior Design or related design disciplines is an advantage, especially for project-based instruction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse learner groups.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple classes or cohorts within a contract-based schedule.
• Previous teaching or training experience in a technical or vocational setting is preferred.
