Job description
- Deliver courses in accordance with the assigned teaching workload;
- Develop course syllabi;
- Conduct scholarly research and publish research findings in reputable academic journals;
- Assess student learning outcomes and develop appropriate assessment criteria;
- Prepare proposals related to the relevant academic programme;
- Develop and continuously update teaching and learning materials;
- Actively participate in the organisation of faculty activities related to academic, educational, and social engagement.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Master's degree in a relevant field (a PhD or doctoral studies in the relevant discipline will be considered an advantage);
- Academic teaching and research experience at higher education institutions (this requirement may be waived for graduates of highly reputable universities);
- English language proficiency at a minimum of CEFR C1 level;
- Ability to integrate Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) into the teaching and learning process;
- Experience with student-centred and competency-based teaching methodologies;
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
