Planning Data Analyst

Role Description This full-time, on-site Data Analyst role at Q-STP Limited Company is based in Sumgayit and focuses on transforming data into actionable insights for business decision-making. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources, build reports and dashboards, and perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, preparing clear summaries and visualizations, and supporting performance measurement and forecasting activities. The Data Analyst will also contribute to improving data processes, documenting methodologies, and ensuring data quality and integrity across the organization.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and support data-driven decisions.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics to perform quantitative analysis, hypothesis testing, and basic predictive modeling.
• Candidates should possess experience in Data Modeling to design, structure, and optimize data for reporting and analysis.
• Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to present findings, explain methodologies, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Candidates should ideally have proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, and at least one analytics or visualization platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Candidates should ideally hold a relevant degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
• Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and within a team environment.
