We are seeking a Talent Management professional to support succession planning, talent assessment and internal mobility initiatives. The role will partner with business leaders to identify and develop high-potential talent, strengthen succession pipelines, and translate talent insights into actionable development and organizational solutions

Support the design and implementation of succession planning for critical and leadership roles.
Partner with business leaders to identify potential successors and assess readiness, potential and fit against target-role requirements using structured, objective methodologies.
Coordinate Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for succession candidates based on assessment outcomes.
Support internal talent mobility and talent matching by identifying opportunities for employees to move across roles, functions and businesses within the ecosystem, aligned with their capabilities, potential and organizational needs.
Track successor readiness, development progress and talent pipeline health.
Analyze succession and talent data and prepare insights for management decision-making.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of succession and talent assessment practices in line with international approaches.

Tələblər

Experience in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Learning & Development, HR Business Partnering or a related HR field.
Practical understanding of succession planning, talent assessment and development methodologies.
Experience working with senior stakeholders and business leaders; Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in assessing employees against role requirements, competencies and future potential.
Ability to translate assessment results into clear conclusions and actionable development priorities
Ability to translate business needs into practical talent solutions.
Proficiency in English is required.
