Sourcing intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in identifying and engaging potential candidates across various business functions. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, market research, talent mapping, and employer branding while developing practical sourcing skills.

• Search for potential candidates using LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor talent research.
• Screen candidate profiles against job requirements.
• Reach out to candidates through personalized messages and maintain communication.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Prepare sourcing reports and recruitment analytics.
• Continuously explore new sourcing channels and recruitment technologies.

Tələblər

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage).
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and online research tools.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
