Offshore and UFR package manager

The Job holder shall:lead the design and specification of subsea Umbilical and Flowlines including shore pull and interface up to the beach valve from CFT to project execution monitor / supervise detailed engineering studies in line with safety engineering requirements, participate in technical reviews, review/audit the technical elements provided as part of the work from the EPC Contractors,oversee the design of Umbilical and Flowlines, including procurement, fabrication and installation of the SURF systems and the Subsea Automatic Pig launcherpromote with Contractor proven engineering solutions to ensure the safety, operation and maintenance of installations; support innovative solutions when they lead to CAPEX and/or OPEX optimizations,ensure participation and readiness of the team for the technical reviews, HAZID, HAZOP, workshops, ad hoc meeting as appropriateensure the timely review (as per Contract agreements) of the SURF & SPS Contractors engineering documents by Project team and approve deliverables. She/He will be in charge of arbitration process or taking a decision when required, based on the inputs from the technical manager.ensure that the selected SURF and SPS design are fully align with Contract requirementswith support of the Interface Manager and Interface leads from each package (SURF & SPS), identify, monitor and expedite interfaces, to maintain project planning and plant integrity/operabilityhave the knowledge of SURF components, fabrication, installation techniques, testing including qualification testing, manufacturing testing and production testing requirements throughout the product lifecycle Initiate and coordinate dedicated studies (if needed), Contractors workshops and project technical reviews with the support of the Discipline Engineersprovide technical guidance and mentorship to Engineers.ensure any technical query and deviation requests are accurately monitored, replied to, and expedited in an appropriate timeframeprepare and complete the close-out report with associated lessons learned, return of experience and support Claim management during the Project and at the end of the Project.ensure consistency between Interface Management outputs (ITS/ITR, interface actions, testing readiness) and Risk Management tracking, avoiding gaps between interface issues and identified risks. Xüsusi tələblər Minimum Education: Engineer/ Engineering degree or other relevant and recognized qualification Minimum Experience: 15+ years proven experience in major oil and gas projects.Extensive Design and Offshore installation experience.Strong offshore operations management background is essential.Major Oil and Gas project development knowledge and experience. Eye for detail, quality assurance and analytical working are paramount for this key role. Excellent organizational ability Requires team spirit with ability to work closely with various stakeholders including diverse international teams, vendors & subs, affiliates, HQ, etc.Ability to demonstrate initiative and tenacity and have excellent communication skills.Demonstrated experience in leading onshore & offshore hydrocarbon field development projects.Must have at least ten (10) years of experience in a similar position for international Oil & Gas industries.TotalEnergies experience is key advantage. Fluent English is mandatory.
