About The Role

Your role will have a direct and tangible impact on driver safety, engagement, and marketplace quality that you can see in real time. If you’re ready to take full ownership, drive meaningful change, and shape the experience of drivers and riders in Baku—this is your opportunity.

You will lead and execute local safety and driver engagement initiatives, working closely with cross-functional and HQ stakeholders to ensure a safe, reliable, and high-quality platform experience.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Take ownership of safety and driver engagement strategy in Baku, ensuring strong alignment between local and HQ teams.
• Analyse data to improve driver safety, engagement, and overall marketplace health, monitoring key KPIs and identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement local safety initiatives to reduce incidents and improve platform trust.
• Develop and execute driver engagement programs to improve retention, satisfaction, and performance.
• Collaborate with Support, Policy, and Product teams to ensure effective incident management and continuous safety improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including authorities and regulatory bodies.
  
  

About You

• 3–5+ years of experience in Operations, Program Management, Consulting, or a related field, with prior experience in an operations management or team leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, or another analytical subject.
• Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, comfortable developing analytical and decision frameworks.
• Professional fluency in Azerbaijani and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong leader and collaborator with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach to driving execution.
