Operations Supervisor (Turkey)

Assess operational requirements for each job and ensure appropriate manpower, equipment, and technical resources are availableSupervise and support teams involved in wellsite operations and job planning activitiesConduct pre-job and post-job meetings, communicating critical operational information to field and support personnelProvide technical and operational expertise to develop effective service delivery solutions for customersCoordinate the movement and deployment of equipment, materials, and personnel to meet operational demandsLiaise with customers to ensure service expectations are met and resolve any operational issues or irregularities promptlyManage the engagement and coordination of third-party equipment and service providersEnsure all operational documentation is completed accurately and complies with company and client requirementsMaintain document control, ensuring only current revisions are in circulation and that operational teams are informed of procedural changesEnsure incidents, non-conformances, and safety observations are reported and investigated in accordance with company proceduresTrack third-party rental equipment to ensure timely return to suppliers and effective cost controlProvide leadership, coaching, and day-to-day supervision to direct reportsParticipate in an on-call rota as required, providing operational and technical support on a 24/7 basis Xüsusi tələblər A formal technical qualificationMinimum 8 years' technical experience within the relevant product line, including significant wellsite or field-based experiencePrevious experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership positionStrong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-makingCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
