Job Responsibilities for QA/QC Manager

Quality Planning and Management

• Prepare and implement the project-specific quality plan
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and project requirements

Documentation and Records

• Prepare and properly archive quality-related documents (ITP, RFI, NCRs, material approvals)
• Verify the accuracy of technical documentation at all project stages

Inspection and Supervision

• Conduct on-site inspections during construction and installation processes
• Supervise key stages such as concrete pouring, welding, painting, and installation

Audit and Compliance

• Conduct internal quality audits
• Implement corrective and preventive actions for any non-conformities identified

Team Management

• Manage and coordinate the QA/QC team
• Provide quality-related training to the technical staff

Client and Contractor Coordination

• Liaise with EPC or Project Owner on quality issues
• Evaluate contractors’ compliance with project quality standards

Reporting and Final Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports
• Submit final project quality documentation (as-built drawings, test reports, inspection logs) upon project completion

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in QA/QC roles within construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, local/international construction standards and codes
• Proficiency in QA/QC procedures, documentation, and reporting
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Familiar with MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC software/tools
• Fluency in English!
