- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing guidance throughout the relocation process
- Prepare and manage import/export and customs documentation for personal effects shipments
- Calculate costs, prepare quotations, and issue invoices
- Liaise with agents, carriers, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless transportation
- Monitor shipment status, timelines, and service quality until completion
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, relocation services, or freight forwarding
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- English and Russian — professional working proficiency
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
