We’re hiring: Hotel Booking Manager (Fluent English)

HotelCompas is looking for a Hotel Booking Manager to join our team and work directly with airline crews, hotels and airline clients worldwide.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys communication, negotiations and a fast-paced international environment — without cold calling or aggressive sales.

What you’ll do:

• Receive and process hotel accommodation requests for airline crews
• Negotiate with hotels to secure the best available rates and conditions
• Communicate with airline clients and participate in negotiations
• Coordinate with hotels to ensure smooth and timely accommodation
• Work with booking systems, databases and operational requests
• Provide high-quality customer service and quickly resolve issues

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Responsibility and attention to detail
• English — C1 (Advanced) is required, as most daily communication is in English
• Russian — B2 or higher

What we offer:

• First 3 months: Monday–Friday, 09:00/10:00–18:00/19:00
• After probation: stable 2/2 schedule, 08:00–20:00
