We're Hiring: Foreign Procurement Specialist

Baku, Azerbaijan / Harvesso

Key Responsibilities

Source and negotiate with foreign suppliers/manufacturers for required goods and equipment
Compare supplier offers on price, quality, lead time, and payment terms
Track shipments and coordinate with logistics/customs brokers for timely delivery
Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and price lists
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international vendors
Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers or alternative products
Coordinate with the finance team on invoices, payments, and currency matters
Resolve issues related to delayed shipments, damaged goods, or quality disputes

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, foreign trade, or logistics
Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, (written and spoken)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Comfortable with MS Excel and procurement/ERP software
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple orders at once
Knowledge of import procedures, customs documentation, and Incoterms is a plus
