Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supply Chain Specialist role based in the Baku Economic Zone, Azerbaijan. The Supply Chain Specialist will coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities, including purchase order processing, supplier follow-up, and shipment tracking. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, assisting with demand planning, and ensuring accurate data in inventory and ERP systems. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners, resolving logistics issues, and supporting continuous improvement in operations and cost efficiency. The specialist will prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, identify risks or delays, and help implement process improvements aligned with company standards and customer requirements.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Supply Chain Management, including procurement, logistics coordination, and vendor management.
• Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills, including demand forecasting, stock control, and cycle counting.
• Candidates should possess understanding of Operations Management, including process optimization, workflow coordination, and compliance with company procedures.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field are preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and ERP or inventory management systems is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or logistics sectors is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in the Baku Economic Zone and communicate in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
