Senior compliance specialist

Company: “VLand Systems” LLC (former “STP Metal Structures” LLC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identification of compliance risks;
• Monitoring of legislative and regulatory requirements;
• Development of internal policies and procedures;
• Compliance due diligence of third parties;
• Conducting compliance awareness training for employees;
• Investigation and escalation of compliance violations;
• Preparation of compliance reports;
• Monitoring and coordination of the remediation of identified deficiencies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree is preferred);
• 3 years of work experience;
• Knowledge of the compliance and related legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
• Knowledge of risk-based approaches;
• Practical skills in compliance monitoring and testing;
• Knowledge of Due Diligence;
• Knowledge of AML/KYC;
• Knowledge of sanctions screening;
• Basic knowledge of data protection;
• Knowledge of corporate governance;
• Knowledge of internal control principles;
• Knowledge of ISO 37301 and other international standards.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; good proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications is desirable;
• Language skills: Fluent/Excellent Azerbaijani and English; good command of Russian.

Working Conditions:

• 5-day work schedule;
• Location: Sumgayit city;
• Lunch and transportation are provided by the company;
