We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Specialist - Receivables to manage accounts receivable and cash control operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting systems, and a solid understanding of applicable financial and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the commercial team in issuing customer invoices,
• Monitor the status of electronic tax invoices issued to customers,
• Track incoming payments and reconcile them with issued invoices,
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections,
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies,
• Prepare aging reports and collection forecasts,
• Perform daily bank reconciliations,
• Report and analyze customer-related chargeable expenses,
• Maintain accurate accounting records in the ERP/accounting system,
• Support internal and external audit processes,
• Ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,
• 2–4 years of relevant AR/AP experience,
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles,
• Experience with SAP or other accounting software, and proficiency in MS Excel,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• High attention to detail and accuracy,
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,
• Effective communication skills.
