Organize and manage the preparation, review, negotiation, and execution of procurement contract drafts;Develop contract terms and conditions based on tender results and ensure compliance with legal, technical, and financial requirements;Monitor contract execution, including delivery schedules, payment terms, quality requirements, and penalty mechanisms;Identify and mitigate contractual risks, including delays, price fluctuations, breaches of contract terms, and other potential issues;Manage contract amendments, addenda, extensions, and termination processes throughout the contract lifecycle;Conduct correspondence with suppliers regarding contractual obligations and ensure proper documentation of agreements and communications.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on contract performance and execution status.Coordinate contract management processes with Legal, Finance, Technical, and Procurement departments before and after tendering activities.Ensure compliance of contract terms and conditions with internal procedures, procurement regulations, and applicable legislation.Maintain and update the contract archive and electronic contract management databases. Xüsusi tələblər Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;Minimum 3 or 4 years of relevant work experience;Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools (Power BI);Professional written and verbal communication/presentation skills in Azerbaijani and English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage;Knowledge of the structure and key terms of procurement contracts;Knowledge of post-tender contract signing procedures;Understanding of principles for correctly reflecting technical and commercial terms in contracts;Attention to details and analytical thinking;Strong written and verbal communication skills;Negotiation and agreement skills.
