Contracting & reservation manager

Job Descriptions:

• Manage hotel contracts, rates, allotments, and special offers.
• Maintain and update hotel information in the online reservation system.
• Monitor reservations and ensure smooth booking operations.
• Communicate with hotels and other suppliers regarding rates, availability, and booking requests.
• Negotiate competitive rates and conditions with partners.
• Handle inquiries from B2B partners and provide timely support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor rates.
• Ensure the accuracy of rates, availability, and content in the system.

Requirements:

• Experience in tourism, hospitality, contracting, or reservations.
• Fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with online reservation systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Working Conditions

• 5 working days per week.
• Availability to respond to urgent requests during weekends when required.
